NECサポート への入り口…ではなく、
沖縄ワールドへの入り口です (^^;;;
私は長年モデルチェンジを重ね、NECのパソコンを使い続けてきました。結構NEC信者ですね。
調子が悪くなったのは数回ありますが、完全に壊れたのは今回のNEC Lavie RXが初めてだと思います。
電源が入りません。おそらく電源コネクターの破損でしょう…部品代にして数百円だと思います。
修理をお願いし、パソコンを郵送して10日目、NECサポートから電話がありました。
修理代50,400円だと…
そこでNECサポートの方と、高いので安くならないか？ と話し合ったのですが、
色んな意味で残念に思いました。
NECサポートの方が言っていた事のポイントとして…
精密機械なので部分的な修理は行えない。
マザーボードの交換以外ありえない。
でも、壊れた状況を詳しく教えるわけには行かない。
一人一人に対して個別に修理することは出来ない。
直しているのは他の業者で詳しく教えられない。
電源周りなので変に直すと発火の恐れがある。
了承できなとそのまま送り返すよ。
一度でもお客相手の商売をした事のある人なら、流れは理解できます。
私のように一度でもサポートをやったことがある人間なら、なおさらです。
システム化されていてマニュアル通り以外のサポートは出来ないという感じですね。
電話を切る直前、NECサポートの方に私の本音を言いました。
「今後は、ユーザーに対して親身にサポートして下さい」と…期待してます。本当に…
何回か言ってますがサポートは難しいポジションです。
今回、NECサポートにはがっかりし、そのことをさらに実感しました。
たまに巡回している蹴茶さんの「トラブル報告」でNECサポートが悪く言われるのもなんとなく理解できます。
大手になればなるほど、NECサポートの様にシステム化されていると思います。
サポートは本当に難しいですね…

「Ctrl」キーの位置が違う！ ぐはっ！！
以前使っていたvaioが同じような症状になったことがあります。
いきなりプシュっと電源切れてそれっきり。
でも部品交換でした（笑）
マニュアル通りのことしかできないのなら
それはサポートとは呼べないような気もしますよね(^-^;)
詳しく教えられないんじゃなくって
もしかしてわからないんじゃ…なんて疑いたくもなります（笑）
ただ本当に本当に本当に無茶なこと言う人もたくさんいるでしょうから
サポートさんの苦労も計り知れないですけれどね。
直るの時間かかるのですか？
早く帰ってくるといいですね(^o^)
この際だからMacにしてしまうというのはどうでしょう（笑）
